Cancellation of Order

If the order has not shipped, no charge will be made and a full refund given to the customer’s original method of payment.

If the order has already shipped and we are able to stop it en route, the customer will receive a refund for the product and tax less the fee for stopping delivery and less the original shipping charge.

If we are unable to stop the delivery process, the return policy below will apply.

Returns

We accept returns for undamaged products returned to us within 30 days of receipt. We will refund 100% of the purchase price, 100% of the sales tax (if any), and 0% of the original shipping charge. The customer will pay for shipping to return the product to us. However, if the product has visible signs of use, or has been in contact with hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases, the return policy is void. Therefore, the product may be opened from packaging, used on a trial basis, but not scratched or damaged, and then returned. The refund will be given to the original method of purchase within three days of the receipt.

If there is a utility-inhibiting defect which obviously has resulted from faulty manufacturing, we will replace or refund the product 100%. In this case, please contact us for return instructions email us at info@JenningsWeldGauge.com and include a photo of the damage if possible.
